In the article,”Why Do People Hate Universal Healthcare? It Turns Out–They Don’t”(Kreidler 2021) I learned contrary to popular belief, there is actually a large percentage of people that believe in universal healthcare for everyone. Seventy percent of respondents on a poll said they would support a program that would deliver medicare for all. It also mentions in the article that there has been many considering medicare for all as a way for there to be more satisfaction in healthcare needs.
I think that by reading this article I was informed of many perspectives that I hadn’t before. In the other articles there were lots of negatives, but I was able to get a better idea of all the positives there could be to medicare for everyone.
As I continue to learn about universal healthcare, I want to know more about if these positives outweigh the negatives or not.
