This article goes into the four personality types and why type B best fits crew members. Is this a common trait in hires? Let’s find out.

Olivia, I found your article very easy to read and very interesting. I never knew that “Trader Joe’s chooses to hire a crew of a similar personality type” but it makes sense. This reminds me a lot of Chic-fil-a with how nice all the workers are. Trader joes is one of my favorite places to shop from and they have amazing snacks, so knowing there’s a science behind the personality types they hire makes it so much cooler. I never have understood the types of personality types before but it is truly a fascinating subject. Your piece was really cool to read and I hope that we’ll be able to connect more about it in the future! I encourage you to read this article I found about your workplace!
