In this article as I was annotating I realized that the author of this article right away devised and explained what it was they wanted to mention about Walt Disney. That truly while Walt was successful at the same time he struggled very greatly. Walt reached the point where he was reduced to living in his studio, and if it weren’t for his brother that took care of his business he never would have gotten to where he did. Mickey mouse ended up becoming a symbol that represented everything Walt had been able to overcome and surpass. A symbol which exemplified a happier american spirit in the depths of the depression. Ultimately Walt only decided to keep going up in despite of the fact that a lot of other things in his life where going wrong. He decided to take the risks no one had taken yet, like being the first person to add effects and music to a cartoon. He pushed and didn’t stop, and for that the world will be forever grateful.,9171,989778,00.html,9171,989778,00.html
