In the article, “ United States VS. Google” (btw) I learned that the government accuses the internet search giant of being a monopoly and violating fair competition laws. The monopoly is an economic term describing a company that has a significant, unbalanced control over an entire market. The government has been trying to prevent monopolies because it is a company without a real economy, also they charge their customers whether they want their products.

  • Google’s response was that the charges are false. Google’s saids that they want to provide the best services for people. Also Google can control about 80 percent of online resources, far more than its competition.

I think that there is no fear that Google can control all the information that we look up on the internet. I think that the government should do something about it, and to prevent these. But it is not a competition  to see who is the best, and which one can do better, by controlling the personal information.
