Starting Saturday 2-11-17 I will try to go workout every Saturday and Sunday @6;30 am and eat fruit throughout the day for 3 days like Monday, Thursday, Friday for every 2 weeks and after every 2 weeks add more fruit to my daily plate.Another way that I will keep my stress down is to try to use prescription medical cannabis that my doctor prescribe me to keep my stress down.Yes, I would have time to fit this into my daily schedule Some of the benefits that this would have on my physiology is mostly good the reason why is because I would not be so stressed out and I would be the focus on the school a little better and I would be more relief.
