- Physical Exercise (Lifting weights,Squats,Leg pushes)
Yes this technique is something I will stick I have been doing it for a while now. Yes it will be enjoyable to me it takes my mind off things and calm my nerves.
Yes i can find time to fit this in my daily life. I’m going to fit this in my day everyday after school at 3:45 to 4:30 for 5 days straight.
Some physiological benefits that I will get from this will be my body getting fit into a muscular form and me getting in shape also being healthy.
