-I choose Physical technique to manage my stress because When I am outside  doing active activities like running, jogging and playing I enjoy doing it because I don’t think about other stuff that creates stress My brain and my body is focused on having fun so Yes I find Physical Exercise enjoyable.

I can find time to do physical exercise in my daily life. Mornings and Evenings

 I chose physical exercise.
