In the article, “Right to An Abortion” (Cornell Law School 2023). I have learned more about the rights women have and no one is able to interfere with them. They believed that women have their own laws that no one can go against because it’s an abortion law. This is an interesting situation due to women having to make sure that they are safe and allowed to continue having the abortions they need. This text states, “Roe v. Wade that the U.S. The constitution protects a woman’s decision whether or not to terminate her pregnancy” Women have their own decision on whether or not to have an abortion.
In my opinion I believe that this is an acceptable idea. I believe this because it’s a woman’s own body, so they get to choose what they want to do with their body when it comes to having an abortion. It’s interesting to read about because in some cases there are people that believe that they shouldn’t have abortions. But in this article it gives great details about letting women have these abortions when they need to.
As I continue to read about abortions, I would like to know the ratio of people that agree with abortions and people that don’t.
