Above I have embedded the presentation that I created as a way to bring awareness to how the lack of a consistent healthcare plan in New York City may have contributed to the exponential rises in sexually transmitted diseases across the boroughs.
The general topic that my partner and I’s blog discusses is the quality of healthcare and affordable clinics within New York City. This ties into the topic that my presentation discusses because more affordable clinics are going to be created in an effort to reduce the amount of STD cases that New York gets every year. Suggestions in ways to reduce the spread of STDs is also provided in the presentation, such as letting sex partners know about their STD status.
