While annotating this article I felt like the NCAA have good rules for the student Athletes but it is still not working because doing my research on student Athletes they continue to fail..The reason they continue to fail is because they don’t have enough motivation and they lack academic support to be successful. People also look at them differently and have higher expectations of them.
