They say you reflection in the mirror is who you really are

Mirror? Mirror? Self reflection?

Who am I  ? Who are you  ?

Tell me please!

I am too confused

Who am I ? Who are you?

The sunshine or the darkness

Should I be you or me?

Am I being you or me?

I don’t know I am too confused

What can I say, I am two

I am two oceans

Too similar, yet too different

Same color

Yet gentle wave accompanied with the rough wave of the other ocean

An ocean that contains green plants

Put together with an ocean of black and dead plant

One’s hurting, Other’s giving

One’s lovely, Other’s too painful for the eye

Mirror ? Mirror ?

How  are the two one?

Too similar yet too different

I can’t tell which one I am

Mirror ? Mirror ?

Are you going to help me?

Who are you ? Who am I ?

Am I being you or me?

My waves are clashing

Mirror! Mirror!

Help me! please!

Who am I ?!

That was really deep and this shows rather a deep hidden meaning into your poem.
