I understand what you are saying but I believe this blog is not showing judgement. OUSD has been known for being in debt for over a decade and they do absolutely nothing to raise awareness. Currently, the OUSD teachers are planning on going on strike because of the district....

Thank you so much for reading my blog. The part of your comment that stood out to me was when you said OUSD is affecting everyone and not only students. A question I have for you is, do you think there is a bigger problem that needs to get...

Thank you so much for reading my blog! The part of your comment that stood out to me was when you said you learned more on school lunches. A question I have for you is if you think school lunches can help our school. Look forward to hearing back!

I like how you started the blog with a Barack Obama quote since he was the most impactful president in my opinion. Something you should do is when you are citing in your context to not write .com since it’s misleading. Also, check your spelling since it was confusing...

I agree with your thesis because music really does help people destress. This school is overly stressful in general so music will help us calm down. Even though we do have an after school music class, it would be nice for an ACTUAL music class that goes more in...

Dear Christy, I really enjoy how you tell your poem from your perspective. One sentence that stood out to me is when you said Papa was a drug dealer because they wanted to buy you (or the main protagonist) candy and would do anything to make you happy. Something...

Dear Teresa, One sentence that stood out to me is when you shared stereotypes about your chosen and assigned identities. I liked how you go against the dominant narratives and speak your truth. Another sentence that stood out to me is when you shared a bit...

One sentence that stood up to me is when you were talking about your family’s features. This is because you said you all looked alike which is cool. I am learning more about you like your mom’s and dad’s side of the family which is interesting. I enjoyed your...

Dear Kaly, I am fascinated with your shadow box because it shows who you are in a doll-like version. I like the statue of the virgin mary because it shows that you strongly believe in her. A part that sticks out to me is the scenery because it it...
