HOW did you FEEL when you used your STRESS MANAGEMENT TECHNIQUE of choice?
A: The technique I choose was Christian meditation and prayer. I felt rejuvenated and refreshed. I felt in control of my reactions to the stressors before me and handled them quite well.WHAT did you ENJOY about the TECHNIQUE? What DID your NOT ENJOY?
A: What I enjoyed about the technique was the calmness I noticed in the area I was sitting while breathing and meditating. There was not a single thing that I did not enjoy about it, except that it had to end.WHAT did you find challenging about the TECHNIQUE you chose?
A: I found it to be challenging to do when living with others who always had to have the TV on or the radio playing. But I counteracted that problem by playing Christian videos out loud and meditating to them.WOULD you RECOMMEND this TECHNIQUE to your PEERS? WHY or WHY NOT?
Yes, I would recommend this technique to my peers because I find it to be rather soothing and useful, as well as quite rewarding.
