Dear writer,

I am amazed by your post, ¨This I Believe¨ because it is nice how much you take yours and others peoples mental healths into consideration. I feel as though, in this generation specifically, a lot of peoples mental healths are not at a good point.

One sentence you wrote that stood out to me is, ¨No one is ever always happy”. I feel like this is important because we need to realise that it is not easy to always be happy sometimes. When we look at someone who is happy we must remember that they have their down times too.
