Christy, I agree with your post. I think the safety pin idea is a great way to get the conversation going about the problems in our country, but it's not going to fix or change anything. I am not against the safety pin, but like you said, we to do...

Your post was very interesting and relate-able. With the amount of stress students are put through, I think that schools need to find a way they can help reduce students stress, or find a way to reduce the amount of stress they put on students in the first place.

Anna, I really like the topic you have chosen. I think this is a serious issue that a lot of people are unaware of. One question I have is: Where are these deadly neonics coming from, and who/ what is the leading producer of them?

I also agree with Katelyn, you need to ask more specific questions about "broken" households. Maybe ask questions about trust, marriage, if they think having separated parents have affected them, how they think they have been affected, etc. I know you mentioned you didn't want it to be to personal,...

Hey Vanessa, I don't know if you have heard, but right now in Salt Lake City there is huge controversy about homelessness. In early December mayor Jackie Biskupski and the Salt Lake City Council chose four new homeless shelter sites in secret. Not only are the salt lake city residents...

Dear Ellie, I agree that the incarceration ratio between Blacks and Whites is alarming. It shows that racism is very much alive today. I think one of the biggest reasons that the percentage of incarcerated African Americans is so high is because the School to Prison Pipeline and its...

Louis and Mimi, I also agree that Trumps appointment of Scott Pruitt to head the EPA is very frightening. On the flip note, Bill Gates and his "Billionaire Buddies" are investing in a clean energy fund to fight climate change. Bill Gates is personally investing 1 Billion in the...

I really like your poem. I always love reminiscing about my childhood. I think you could make this poem better by finding creative ways to start new lines, instead of using "I remember" each line. Other than that I love the memories that you have shared and I think...

Anna, It's weird how sleep is so vital to our well-being yet we do not make sleep a priority. It's just as important as the food we eat, water we drink, and the air we breathe. Not getting enough sleep limits our ability to learn, concentrate and solve problems,...

I believe that the voting age should be lowered to 16. As Danny mentioned above, the argument for lowering the voting age to 18 was "if they’re old enough to fight in war then they’re old enough to vote". I think that if they're old enough to get a...

Thomas, after Donald Trump was elected president, he appeared on 60 minutes for an interview. In his interview he seemed to have become more relaxed on his long campaigned polices such as: LGBT rights, Obamacare, the wall, and the Hillary Clinton email scandal.
