    • The thief and his mother by Joshua S
This is an interesting story that the mother gets excited when her brought stolen things she liked home, such as purse, food… She reminded him of not getting caught. The son responded that he knew what he was supposed to do, although he was young.

It reminded me of a somewhat similar story that occurred in my neighborhood during the late 60’s and early 70’s when the mother would shout to the son, saying, “My son, we are running out food… please help me.” Then, the son would be unwillingly to retrieve the money he had hidden somewhere and handed it to her so that she could buy the food for the family.
