Where I’m from

My Bathroom

I guess he's lived there for his whole life because he really talks about his town.

there is a lot of imagery in this poem in the way he is describing it and just like saying how much he cherishes.

the pattern is how he says old town my town repeatedly and i think like he was trying to make like a connection or something.

kinda reminds me of a tik tok of this girl who keeps posting a tik tok and keeps being repetitive and keeps saying the same thing in each video.

seems likes he loves his town. because he mentions it so many times. ” old town” ” my town “

wonder what he means when he says north town my town. Like does he mean north of his town or something i don't know.

this is like my family too like we have the dining table but nobody eats at it besides like me sometimes and my younger siblings so i guess i can relate.

i wonder why he was in jail.?

i agree because the beginning part says my troubled soul so I agree

I agree because it say like if beale street could talk so I'm guessing that its gonna be people talking about living there.

i think that the dad was trying to keep his son out of the streets and out of gangs.
