• I find that music often helps me focus. The only thing isis i listen to music with lyrics, i find myself speaking the words in tune with the song as well. It has been studied and shown that music without lyrics like jazz or classical help people focus more because the distraction of the words isn’t there.

  • I think this could lead to a lot of headway on how athletes can improve their performance and reduce the risk for injury. In addition, I think that shoe makers can learn from research like this to be able to focus on making different types of shoes availiable for the different ways that people want to use them.

  • What can be done to help further prevent future hackings and data breaches?

From the resources of the online data bases, I have gathered that there is a lot one can do to help to prevent hackings and a lot from

  • We need to protect the information that we think is private and secure from those who would wish to use it against us.

People argue that hackers can only do so much to harm us and that the virtual world cannot

  • I feel as if this topic has the potential to be expanded upon greatly and how we could even learn ways to improve upon our Catholicism. I hope you find more information to build on.

Exploding the myth of the “Ethical Hacker”

This is an article about the differences and when it becomes using hackers for malicious uses.
The term “Ethlical Hacker” encompases two different meaning

  • With accusations being thrown around about the hacking of the us election, there are things that are coming to light and things that remain to be uncovered by the people working on this case. I chose this topic

  • There are flaws in the education system of this country but grades I see as more of a source of stress for the students. I feel as if it is far easier to drop a grade than it is to raise it. For example two assignments weighted at 10 points each can easily drop your grade but in turn they seem to not count for as much when trying to bring your…[Read more]

  • I think this is a great topic to open up more about how the mood in a home can make or break how people act and how they grow

This is a great poem and your writing shows much promise. I see you taking your writing to new levels starting with works as great at this one. Keep up the good work!

This is a great work of art and I think you could take it even further. Already this has the promise of an emotion filled poem

  • Anna, I agree with your idea of starting school later. Like you said, there are many benefits to doing so and I think it would be a good change for all. Though maybe to see how well it works there could be a pilot program for a few schools to try it. I agree that it would do many people well as I often go to bed later but sometimes really early as…[Read more]

As a student who has worn uniforms since fifth grade, in elementary school we followed a pretty simple rule blue pants with a white or blue shirt but in middle school we could wear solid colored pants and shirt as long as the shirt had a school logo on it. Now in high school the uniform policy is failry simple but detentions are given if you…[Read more]

I wrote about a similar topic and I believe that immigration laws in the US do not provide a fair way for all people to get into the US. While I myself am an immigrant from Guatemala, I would like to see serious changed made to how this country deals with immigrants and how they are treated.

I think this is a great idea as I fractured my growth plate in eighth grade and now I have a sort of lopsided walk. I think this is a great thing to see happen!

    Dear Marisol,

I think that a book written from the perspective of a ghost would be very interesting. I wonder if he is able to interact with the people who are alive and if he can convey messages to them. The thought of an afterlife is one that has been on my mind for a long time and I think an interesting book like this would be able to open my…[Read more]

  • While I have many opinions on things my strongest ones lie with immigration. I was born in Guatemala and adopted at a young age. Such a young age that I remember nothing of the time I had spent there. I feel as

    • Dear Ben,

I am intrigued by your personal story. The way you connected to this topic is very powerful. One thing you said

that stood out for me was when you said you were from Guatemala and you were adopted. I think this is a very

good connection you made with the topic of immigration. Your essay reminds me of my friend that was adopted

also for Guatemala named Enrique. When I read your essay it remained me of him so much. Thanks for your

project and I really hope to see your writing again. Your writing is very powerful and the way you connect to

      your writing.
