For my important person portrait, I chose Mr. Jeffreys. Mr. Jeffreys is an English teacher at Judge Memorial and has taught for several years at multiple schools in Utah. He taught English and was actually a former student of one of his coworkers at Judge Memorial. Mr. Jeffreys is an important person at Judge Memorial because he teaches one of the most important skills needed to be successful in college and as an adult-writing. Mr. Jeffreys teaches his student to appreciate classic literature and how to write clear and well-written essays.
