Dear Jennifer

I am very intrigued by your post “How is Exercise beneficial” because you’ve really done your research as to how workout not only benefits the human body from a scientific and medical standpoint, but you also considered the number of mental benefits that come with consistent exercise. One particular sentence that I found to be very important was when you stated, “Also, not only that but may help with your confidence as well and may make you feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which boosts your confidence and improves your self-esteem.” I found this to be very interesting because you perfectly described the ulterior benefits of exercise. You didn’t just emphasize that it benefits an individual’s physiological health but you also described how it helps one’s character. Building confidence and self-esteem is especially important when in our world today, individuals struggle with building both their confidence and their self-esteem.

Thank you for your writing, I look forward to what you write next because of your out-of-the-box thinking and desire to expand on information that may come across as surface-level. I enjoyed reading your post’s depth, explaining the science of the function of exercise as well as the mental and societal benefits that it does have.

Dear Jennifer,

I really like your post, I was able to learn more about exercising benefits. I would agree with the information given in this post too because from experience exercising has improved my health and it has given me more confidence within myself and it has especially helped me with my anxiety. I believe more people should read this post because I think there are others that have a different perspective on exercising ut its because they don’t really know everything about it and how it’s beneficial for your body and mentality for your mind and you’re future self.

Dear Jennifer:
I am intrigued by your post “How is Exercise Beneficial?” because of the difference that exercise can help you gain or lose weight.
One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Not only that but exercise can be very helpful with mental health, or stressful days because physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed, and less anxious.” I think that this is honest because I have experienced working out as a major part of my day making it better. I have seen differences mentally and physically that have changed my life.
