Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns, including strokes, High blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, depression, anxiety, and Many types of cancer. It can also help improve cognitive function and help lower the risk of death from causes. Not only that but exercise can be very helpful with mental health, or stressful days, because physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed, and less anxious. Also, not only that but may help with your confidence as well and may make you feel better about your appearance and yourself when you exercise regularly, which boosts your confidence and improve your self-esteem.

Dear Jennifer,

I am intrigued by your post ” how is exercise beneficial?” because you mentioned how exercising can help prevent excess weight gain or help maintain weight loss.

One sentence you wrote that stood out to me is ” Regular exercise helps prevent or manage many health problems and concerns, including strokes, High blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, depression, anxiety, and Many types of cancer. ” This stood out to me because even by little amount of exercise can help you with any health problem.

Thank You for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next because the topics you talk about are interesting.

Dear Jennifer,

I really like your post, I was able to learn more about exercising benefits. I would agree with the information given in this post too because from experience exercising has improved my health and it has given me more confidence within myself and it has especially helped me with my anxiety. I believe more people should read this post because I think there are others that have a different perspective on exercising ut its because they don’t really know everything about it and how it’s beneficial for your body and mentality for your mind and you’re future self.

Dear Jennifer:
I am intrigued by your post “How is Exercise Beneficial?” because of the difference that exercise can help you gain or lose weight.
One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Not only that but exercise can be very helpful with mental health, or stressful days because physical activity stimulates various brain chemicals that may leave you feeling happier, more relaxed, and less anxious.” I think that this is honest because I have experienced working out as a major part of my day making it better. I have seen differences mentally and physically that have changed my life.
