Gherbo, also known as Herbo is a rapper and a songwriter. He was born on October 8, 1995, he was raised in Chicago Illinois. He started gaining popularity with his mixtape called ¨Ẅelcome to Fazoland¨, released in 2014. He also is known for his gritty and raw lyrics, reflecting growing up in the south side of Chicago. In the past two years, he collabed with Nardo Wick, Lil Durk, Lil Uzi, and even Juice World. In 2023 Gherbo is one of the best songwriters this year.

While I respect your opinion, I think making the statement that G Herbo is one of the best rappers of 2023 is entirely indefensible. He has never reached the Billboard Top 100 on his own, and none of the songs he features on have broken the top 10. While you may enjoy his music, he statistically is not one of the greats this year. Next time, I would love more of your opinion, rather than sweeping generalizations. I do really enjoy your insights on his collaborations of the past, and how his lyrics reflect his early life. I was unaware of ¨Ẅelcome to Fazoland¨ as a project, but I will now consider listening. Thank you for your post!
