Studies have shown that music has many positive effects on the body and brain of a human being. Music directly stimulates both the left and right brain, and stimulation of both sides of the brain will increase learning and improve memory.

Music is a way to be frustrated and channel feelings and strengthen their resolve. Users also turn to the music to which they can connect, as this helps them deal with stress. So if school life has left you feeling a bit down, sad or distracted then putting some music on is a good idea. Most students who have anxiety and stress, try to listen to rap music as they study. A study conducted by Cambridge University found that hip-hop music gives its fans an uplifting impact that can help them embrace, handle and cope with mental health problems better. 

But there is also a con to all of this and being getting dislocated and being off start. But there is many ways to avoid that. There is also so much information going into the brain at once.

Overall studies have shown it is good for you and makes you feeling a whole lot better than how you feel normally.
