Stress, Worry, & Anxiety

A way that i usually deal with stress is by taking a nap, sometimes it helps me clear my mind and take it off what has me stressed out. A way that i deal with worry is by making sure that whatever i am worried about gets handled before it gets out of control. A way i deal with anxiety is by just listening to music or driving i feel like i can cope when i do so.
