One thing I did in the past 24 hours that makes me feel good about myself.

Oh let me see — in my journal here, I’ve been writing about the transition that Teachers Teaching Teachers is going through, because of COVID and remote learning, because of Kumospace, because it is time to shed an old skin… because I want to hand some of the responsibility and joy of doing this work off to younger teachers. So I’ve been writing about the changed I imagine to others in this group, and there was a nice core of teachers there last night, but not too many — so we could find consensus around a model for TTT that might work. I suggested that the open classroom might be a model — and if we can begin to build things within a Kumospace, that will make sense. But for now everybody likes the idea that we would come together and sign up for presentations — EdCamp-style. Now I have to think about how to provide a sign-up form.
