Content	Why do we need skills, an assessment tool, on Youth Voices? Fair question, especially since simplicity is the key to success for online learning systems. But also, asking youth to pay attention to recommending each other for skills and also creating them for us to use all takes time away from other reading and writing and learning they might be doing.
