Everyone is Welcome signage

In the article “A Dream Deferred” (Upfront, October 9, 2017) I learned that the people that have Daca were brought up at a young age without having a choice and that it shouldn’t stop them from going to school and going to college. Daca allows people that were brought to the US without papers to go to school without any problems but the fear of them having to pay too much for school. There are also about 800,000 young undocumented immigrants who are currently protected by DACA which president Obama protected since they were brought to the US as little kids. But when President Trump became president he wanted to take away their rights which was scaring the people that had Daca.

I think that I would have liked to have that opportunity that the people with Daca are getting if I was an immigrant and brought to us at a young age. The way that they have an option to able to go to school and be able to get the help that they want since their gonna be free. The opportunity that they got even though they were brought up at a young age and did not know what would happen to them next in life.

If they didn’t get the opportunity to have DACA would it have been easier for the people that got brought to the US at a young age without having a choice would they still have the opportunity to do the things their ability to do right now?
