With the girl I love who loves me lots
We went on a trip and learned to love.
We looked at the people walking around the city
All having to be somewhere within the city.

I held her hand in the cold weather
We looked at eachother like we were together.
The love I had for her was stronger than a mom's love for their kid
But I'd ask myself everyday, “Does she wish what I wish?”

The next week we saw each other again
Only to realize what was going to happen next.
We were walking together and we stopped at a park
Until she saw me take out a card.

I gave it to her at the end of the day
Right when she was about to leave
So she could know how I felt from the start.
