I am Violet Oakley in greenwood Cemetery in Sunset Park Brooklyn. I look out over the neighborhood. We didn’t have electricity or cars. The people used a horse with a wagon to take  people around. I looked around my city. It felt classic with old things. I feel calm because it is quiet and alone watching the sunset go down. I am where people gather safely with family and friends, paying respect to people who died in Greenwood cemetery.

in Sunset Park, I see kids in the playground playing on the slides and I see kids playing soccer on the soccer field, practicing for the soccer game. I hear birds chirping and the wind moving the trees like crazy. I see people with family and friends having fun, enjoying life, and making barbeque.
