Aneliese, this was very informative and gave me a really concrete idea on what exactly animal farming is doing to our ecosystems. I saw that you sourced PETA who has stood by veganism/vegetarianism for a long time and promotes animal rights very vehemently. You mentioned lessening meat consumption as well as sustainable farming, but I have not heard much on sustainable animal farming before now. This has peaked my interest in knowing more about that process as an option for taking care of the earth. I would love to see your thoughts in the future on things like cell-cultured meats and just the general idea of how to better our carbon footprint.
