The topic of my 30 second hook was about CBD (cannabidiol) . What I was trying to present was CBD being available to all patients that need it. I have taken atleast 10 recordings before coming to this one. My oral presentation skills are best on volume and tone. One skill I can work better on is memorization. Yes my presentation has improved by recording myself I see flaws and correct them, raising my confidence higher than ever.
