Through reading and researching, I learned that there are many ways to cope with stress. One of the ways I found most attractive was listening to music. This is the one I already do and I feel like it helps. I find it enjoyable enough because listening to music makes you feel better. Listening to music can be pretty much done anywhere if you have earphones. I can find time to listen to music while I do homework or when I am taking a break. The psychological benefits of listening to music are improved cognitive performance, reduce stress, improve memory and make you sleep better. It is a nice way to cope with stress.Tags: stress
