According to this article, women are victims of sexism in employment for many reasons. They are payed less than men for the same positions, women are less likely to be promoted, and are given less recognition as partnering with their coworkers. I feel like this article was a very useful article to look at because it informs people and makes them aware of the inequity in the workplace.
