I watched a TED talk, and this woman was talking about bias. Do you think it also had to do with that?

I want to say that everything I watched on Vena Myers’ Ted Talk could not have been truer.

But how can we change if not everyone wants too? Changing bias is just like the bystander effect because unless someone talks about or acts about it, no one will do anything.

When I watched a TED talk, it was a lot about bias. But what does it mean?
