• The benefits of meditation are almost endless, from stress relief to decreasing the intensity of severe depression. Studies after studies show primarily how meditation is healthy for ones wellbeing and data has been recorded to prove how beneficial meditating. And what is very important is that meditation can apply to everyone, not just yogis.
