I watched the TED talk by Verna Myers and took an implicit test on racism. It is the simple things that make us how we are, towards women, women of color, gay men, sketchy black men or anyone who is different from us. But is this bias? The answer is yes, because we act the way we act towards these groups we are considered unfair and unjust. But what made us think like this? Is it the T.V shows or the real world situations? Is there anyone to blame?
