I chose to walk for the course of the week, anywhere and everywhere I could go. This is going to stick with me because walking helps me clear my head.

I will stick with walking because it helps a lot with not only the stress I am feeling as a senior but it is enjoyable especially health wise.  I did this every day going home with no days off.  You become healthy by walking everyday simple exercising is good for the heart.
