DRUGS

Imagine a child’s safety in danger because of their parents using an illicit amount of drugs.

This is important because the children will be in danger all the time since their parents will not have control over their body and actions. Their parents won’t be able to control their movements since they are going to be permanently damaged by drugs. Therefore, drugs are being abused by parents and this is affecting their children.

Firstly, it is clear that parents are abusing drugs and hurting their children physically. This matters because the children are in danger of being hurt or even being killed. Children should not be experiencing physical abuse by their parents because if they get traumatized they will most likely grow up to be like their parents and hurt their children. This can be stopped if the parents get help but the parents would most likely not get help because they will do whatever they want.

Secondly, parents who use drugs also can hurt their children emotionally if they make them feel not worthy when on drugs. In an article called “How Does Parental drug Abuse Affect Children” it explains, “Parents who abuse substances often experience severe mood swings leaving children to be unsure as to how mom or dad will be feeling/reacting on any given day”. This matters because it is not good that parents treat their children disrespectfully. If parents are aware that they have mood swings every time they consume drugs. This is also important because children will be influenced badly and will not be educated when they grow up.

In conclusion, children don’t have to be abused for the mistakes the parents make. Parent’s should be more mature and they should think before they act. If children are being abused they should talk to an adult they know will help them and treat them with respect.

I thought your article was very interesting. And I completely agree with you. I feel as if parents that have a hard time controlling their habits with drug abuse, I think they will have an even harder time controlling and taking care of their kids.

    Dear Abraham,
I 100% agree with you about what you said in “Drugs affecting children and parents”. Your document shows how dangerous this world is that all of us live in. It also shows our furture generation is getting affected by drugs. Drugs are bad things and all people know it, it can cause mood swings, abusing, and make you go nuts about something. But what is worse of all is how our future generation is both getting physically and mentally abused by parents who take drugs. Which in fact shouldn’t be a thing parent don’t need to take drugs they can just raise their child like any “normal” parent would, no abuse no mental trama nothing.

    Dear Abraham,
I agree with your post “Drugs affecting Children and Parents” and how drugs affect people. It’s crucial for parents to not take drugs, or their children will be affected as well. I never thought about the consequences of taking drugs as a parent, and how harmful it is to children, emotionally and physically. This was a good topic to pick, and is very informational.

    Dear Abraham :

I am engrossed by your post, “Drugs Affecting Children and Parents,” because I agree with all the thoughts you mentioned in the passage that does not only impact the parent’s life, but also the child’s.

One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “ Children should not be experiencing physical abuse by their parents because if they get traumatized they will most likely grow up to be like their parents and hurt their children.” I think this is essential because these irresponsible actions being done by parents has a major effect on the future lives of children. If a parents take drugs in front of their children, they will get influenced by it. This situation not only deals with impact on adult’s life, but also impact on the child’s life. I really liked how you dug deeper and thought about all the people connected with this incident.

Another sentence that I liked was: “If children are being abused they should talk to an adult they know will help them and treat them with respect. ” This stood out for me because this sentence should be brought up to public everywhere. If there is anything going on that the child does not feel comfortable or safe with at home, they should talk to an adult that they can trust. They should not fear to reveal their thoughts because everyone should be respected, no matter their age or size.

Thanks for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because your choice of words is very strong. I like how you think deeply about a topic and this helps the audience acknowledge everything you are writing clearly.

    Dear Abraham,

I was curious about your post, “Drugs Affecting kids and Parents,” because we have always learned about how drugs only affect one specific person instead of how they affect the people around you.

One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Children should not be experiencing physical abuse by their parents because if they get traumatized they will most likely grow up to be like their parents and hurt their children. ” I think this is important because parents who do drugs are not realizing the affect they have on everybody else.

Another sentence that I found was: “ This is also important because children will be influenced badly and will not be educated when they grow up.” This stood out for me because the impact parents have on their kids live is huge, and if they mess it up by being a bad influence they are not only ruining their own lives, they are ruining their children’s lives.

Thanks for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because its important this info in known.

    Dear Abraham :

I am intrigued by your post, “Drugs affecting children and parents,” because it addresses a real-world problem overlooked by some of the more widespread and political problems.

One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Children should not be experiencing physical abuse by their parents because if they get traumatized they will most likely grow up to be like their parents and hurt their children” I think this is important because 2 parents abusing drugs can lead to 4 parents, and 8 parents, and in a few centuries can spiral out of control. They should not be hurting their own children just because of their parent’s mistake. This is just unfair.

Another sentence that is relevant is: This is also important because children will be influenced badly and will not be educated when they grow up.” This stood out for me because education is already a problem in lots of the world Not only will the kids be abusers, they will e uneducated abusers, which makes the situation much worse than it already is.

Thanks for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because you cover topics that are not as widely recognized.

    Dear Abraham :

I am intrigued by your post, “Drugs affecting Children and Parents’, because It is a very serious topic affecting many people today. It can take a serious toll on how Children are developed today.
One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Secondly, parents who use drugs also can hurt their children emotionally if they make them feel not worthy when on drugs.”I think this is important because child development is going to decide whether or not our country goes on with no to minimal problems. If children feel neglected, then possibly those children can have children who then feel neglected, developing as a cycle.

Another sentence that I read was: “Firstly, it is clear that parents are abusing drugs and hurting their children physically. ” This stood out for me because children could then go on to beat their children and so forth, leading to a vicious cycle, as said above.

Thanks for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because these studies are and were interesting to me. I’d like to gain more knowledge from posts like these.

    Dear Abraham:

I am interested by your post, “Drugs affecting children and parents” because this post explores the destruction caused to others when a parent takes drugs.

One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Firstly, it is clear that parents are abusing drugs and hurting their children physically. This matters because the children are in danger of being hurt or even being killed.” I think this is informative because it shows that not only do drugs affect the addict, but also people around them. This matter is very important because many children are being abused by their parents.

Another sentence that I read was: “Secondly, parents who use drugs also can hurt their children emotionally if they make them feel not worthy when on drugs.” This stood out for me because this is especially true to those insecure and could cause suicidal thoughts.

Thanks for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because it will surely provide a new outlook on something.

This is a topic commonly discussed throughout the world. However, this articles focus on something not enough people do: children. People say how drugs are bad for people’s health, but they never say how children are hurt when parents are taking drugs. This brings up a new topic that should be discussed widely.

    Dear Abraham:

I am very interested by your post, “Drugs affecting children and parents” because it is an unfortunate true thing that happens everyday and many innocent are put in danger with no help. One sentence you wrote that stands out for me is: “Parent’s should be more mature and they should think before they act. If children are being abused they should talk to an adult they know will help them and treat them with respect.” I think this is significant because people will be able to get good advice on what to do if you are in this situation. Another sentence that I found was: “Firstly, it is clear that parents are abusing drugs and hurting their children physically. This matters because the children are in danger of being hurt or even being killed.” This stood out for me because it addresses a very important issue because people can be KILLED as a result of drug abuse.I do agree with you that parents and children are affected negatively because of drugs. One reason I say this is because the parents will become very sick and uncontrollable. Another reason I agree with you is because the children will be physically and mentally abused by the parents if they overdosed. Thanks for your writing. I look forward to seeing what you write next, because this topic is delicate but important to know about.

    Dear Abraham,
I agree with Abraham and also want to add that the community the adults live in can affect if they go on drugs and hurt their children. When it stated” Be like their parents and most likely grow up to be like their parents”I thought children will be traumatized from their parents taking drugs but they will see the effects of drugs and most likely want to stay away from them. Also when it said “hurt their children emotionally” it made me think that children will most likely be traumatized for the rest of their life because they will remember what their parents did. Thank you for sharing what you think Abraham.

  13. Bryan 6 months ago

I firmly believe that Abraham is right with her/his statements about how drugs can affect children and parents. As Abraham said, parents using drugs can affect a child. The child can be abused and get traumatized. Also because of the parents taking drugs very often, that could cause the child to grow up and become just like the parents. One other thing that i agreed with Abraham about was that the parents wouldn’t even be able to take care of the child because they would be on drugs and that is not okay. Thank you Abraham for sharing what you thought about this situation.
