Love is supposed to feel warm, not feel rejected/poisoned

I loved someone… but he didn’t feel the same way after a while

Every morning, I’d open my eyes and think to myself, “Ok, this is a new day. Forget about everything and distract yourself. Use your skills.”

My brain would start to wonder and I’d feel this sharp pang in my stomach,

It felt like someone struck me with a 10-inch poll through my intestines and into my soul

I thought love was supposed to feel good…

Not poison you

This was a powerful writing. Love can be one of the most beautiful things and at the same time one of the most painful things. I liked your writing, it is very descriptive. When I read it, memories of past pain that I have felt just like you is brought back through your words. This is a good, keep writing.
