Football has its problems just like anything, but recently more and more former NFL players have been diagnosed with CTE (Chronic traumatic encephalopathy). CTE is a disease that results from blows to the head and it has been found in “87 out of 91 former NFL players”. This fact and facts like this made me want to research the dangers of football and if it is too dangerous to play. I think that better tackling techniques and better equipment can help prevent some of these injuries from happening. New helmet technologies can help monitor a player’s health throughout  games and practices to prevent injuries.
