I found a website that describes the next 10 animals that may go extinct in the next ten years. It was very interesting because it describes animals that almost seem over populated. For example, the gazelle, the rhino, and the camel. Each section had a description of each animal and why they may go extinct in the future. The one that stood out the most to me were the Orangutang “There are more than 7500 Sumatran Orangutans left in the world, and they are declining at a rate of roughly 1,000 per year.” According to the website at this rate orangutans will be extinct within the next decade. Unfortunately, most of the problems leading to all of these animals near extinction is human activity. We must find ways to not only provide for ourselves, but for animals as well. We are not the only ones on earth and we must share are land with animals among us.
