In the article, “Physical Therapist” (BTW, Careers 2019). I learned that Physical Therapists have made an intriguing impact in today’s society. Not only have they made an amazing impact, but you get convenient benefits such as having a flexible schedule, lots of opportunities and salary increases!  Additionally, being able to have the ability to help patients with their needs is very rewarding, establishing a good deal of job satisfaction. However, having this career definitely comes with a lot of pros and cons, the job itself can be a hassle with moving heavy equipment around and providing exercises for your patients. Along with this means having to develop a lot of patience and being able to cope with emotional stress due to managing your patients in a comforting way since some do face real challenges in life that then lead them to “Physical Therapy.”

Personally, I believe that being a Physical Therapist should be a very heart-warming career, just because knowing you are genuinely helping others trying to better themselves, should bring you so much joy. Overall, I have always loved being able to help others that are in need of that extra support and make them feel better about themselves. If you’re an extrovert, who enjoys meeting new people over the course of your career, this job will definitely be for you.

Do you think being a Physical Therapist is convenient to society?
